PEUGEOT CONNECT SOS & ASSISTANCE

Imagine having an accident, or a problem with your car – you’ll probably have enough to worry about without wondering where your PEUGEOT Assistance number is to call for help.

Thankfully, with PEUGEOT Connect SOS and Assistance, you don't need any numbers - just a simple press of the button in your vehicle.

It’s all based around an in-built SIM card and is there to get you the help you may need as soon as possible. As it's a safety feature it will work automatically with no need to subscribe.

PEUGEOT CONNECT SOS
With PEUGEOT Connect SOS, your car has its own SIM card installed. If something happens that means there may have been an accident – say, the air-bags are inflated or the pre-tensioners on the seat belts are activated – an automatic message will go off to the emergency services, with details of your location.

You can use PEUGEOT Connect SOS manually too – just press the button and you’ll be put straight through to the emergency services on the system’s integrated phone. So, if you have an accident, or see one, it only takes a few seconds to call for help.
PEUGEOT CONNECT ASSISTANCE
Got a problem with your car but don’t need the emergency services? Just press the PEUGEOT Connect Assistance button and you’ll be connected to our control centre over the system’s integrated phone.

They’ll either help you sort out the problem yourself or send out PEUGEOT Assistance to help you at the roadside.
OTHER PEUGEOT CONNECTED SERVICES
For vehicles equipped with the Connect SOS and Assistance system, we can use the vehicle connectivity to offer other connected services.  These connected services are on a subscription basis only, even though some are free of charge, and availability differs depending on the equipment on each vehicle.
Customers can login or create an account on the PEUGEOT Services Store and enter their vehicle details to see which services are compatible and subscribe.
